Yes, this is an electric bulb alright. But I don't know for what purpose is this design. I suppose it is made to scare the user or just can be used just as a prank?
It looks funny and weird. No, I will not buy this product from Japan. May be it can be used to light up informal parties on Valentine's Day.
But, I doubt Valentine's Day is celebrated in Japan as this bulb with big lips is available in Japan only as of this moment.
